Staff was slow at check in. I waited 5 mins then had to ring a bell to get service. They were not busy. Also the air conditioning in the room was not good.. I would not go below 73 degrees.. this made it stuffy.

Questioned how well things are cleaned between guests. The refrigerator in our room still had food in it from previous people. Did mention it to the desk and got a "sorry". The guy that checked us in didn't really seem to know what he was doing either.
