I was surprised at how clean the room and the public areas were. The inn was rated at 2 stars and I have stayed at many 3 star rated that were far inferior to this Quality Inn. Decent breakfast also.

We picked this because of the pool. When we checked in we found that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. We should have gotten a discount. Also we are seniors and no elevator. Not happy

OK place to stay on a budget

The Staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Downtown Wooster is a short drive from the Hotel. The issue I have with the hotel is its age and cleanliness. If you can afford $50 more I would choose a newer hotel. But if you are on a budget then this hotel will still meet your needs. The bathrooms look to be recently updated. The bathroom in my room I don’t think could be made any smaller, the hallways smelled like powdered carpet deodorizer. This hotel met our needs as a place to stay the night and has the usual hotel breakfast. The staff are friendly and seem to be doing the best they can

Very nice hotel . Other hotel guests were respectful and courteous. Only thing I would have changed was having a bathtub in the room more pillows along with bigger garbage cans.
