Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time! Way too many young kids sports teams staying in hotel. The running and screaming down the halls, banging on doors. Had kids in the room above me bouncing a basketball NON-stop. Called the front desk and asked them to call the people above me, nothing stopped. Kids running and screaming all over the hotel. Left to go out to dinner and came back to find all the parents sitting in the lobby while their children are running wild. Staff did absolutely nothing except say “our quiet hours don’t start until 10:30 pm”. The next morning it started right back up, had a massive headache from listening to the bouncing of the balls again. Skipped breakfast and left. NEVER again!!!

We stay here a few times a year. Usually it’s great. This time a family reunion took over the entire dining area ALL day. We had to eat as a family in the lobby. Like I said, usually one of our favorite places, not so much this time. I’m sure it was a one off but the staff could have explained to the people that it’s a common area and everyone needs to have some access.

I liked the cozy feel of this hotel and its location. It was very close to the sports complex we were playing volleyball at (which is why we were there) and close to the shopping and food choices while also being tucked away from the busy areas.
