We appreciated the location easy to get to the highways. We also were glad the hotel has an EV car charge since we have an electric hybrid!

We arrived in town a little early. They were able to let us check in an hour and half earlier. Cleanliness is the biggest point for us. Very clean. Hampton in beds are always comfortable. I will always choose Hampton Inn when possible

The room was beautiful, it felt like a condo, and the bathroom was huge. The downside was we heard a fan running constantly that seemed to be part of the ventilation system which was annoying and the room floor vibrates when you walk on it.

I'm a stickler for checking room cleanliness...I will run my finger across the top of the headboard (an often neglected spot)...not a speck of dust! Everyone was very courteous and the mall was directly across the street for easy dining and entertainment. This will be my go to stay when in the Grand Rapids area!
