Great staff, everyone from front desk to cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, bedding was clean and comfortable. Our issue was with the breakfast options, or lack of. First morning, no hard boiled eggs, haven't had them for about a year I was told. Other patrons were also wondering why there were no hard boiled eggs available. Small muffins still froze in the middle. No non-dairy option for milk/cereal. We realize it's hard to know what will be eaten or not. Day 2, no butter! What?no butter! No napkins!

Great Place and Great People!

We absolutely loved our experience at the Hampton Inn and Suites Grandville! The staff were excellent, the room was clean, and the decor was modern and inviting. My only "complaint", is that you had to stand in the shower to turn the water on - so you are sprayed with icy cold water every time you take a shower. Not a HUGE deal, but definitely an oversite on the part of the designers. I would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable, clean, convenient & safe!

We’ve stayed at this location several times and plan to continue. It’s always clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good, and we feel comfortable and safe there. Personally, I were traveling with anyone other than immediate family, I would probably pick something else, but that’s only because I’d want a bathroom door that closes and locks with an exhaust fan in the bathroom for privacy and comfort. When I’m staying with only my kid, this doesn’t matter to me. Overall, this is our favorite place to stay and there are so many things nearby.
