"For the price, the room was acceptable. There had been some attempts to update the rooms. There was no carpet in the room we were in. The bed was hard and on a squeaky platform. The air-conditioning was set to 78 when we arrived at 11pm so it was warm in the room as we were trying to go to sleep. We left early in the morning so we did not check out the breakfast. My main complaint would be the person who checked us in was on her cell phone the whole time and nearly checked me in under someone else's reservation."

"This was our second stay and Tiffany and Zach’s rental and again it was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Tiffany and Zach excel at communication. We had a problem with the door (mostly user error) and they were with us within minutes to help. It’s the perfect spot for us to stay when visiting family in the area. It is alway clean, cold when you want cool air and warm when you are there in the winter months. Clean towels and nice sheets on the bed. We will continue to pick them every time. Thank you again for opening your rental for us."
