We booked two room and received only one. Had 2 adults and 5 teenagers in one room. Then was charged for both rooms. The air wasnt working and it was insanely hot. By far the worst hotel experience i have ever haf!

Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean. Breakfast was average. Front desk quickly got me set up and sent me to the third floor. We realized our cards did not work. Housekeeper saw we were having trouble and asked if she could help. We said the key wasn’t unlocking the room. She checked the key sleeve to make sure it was the same room. It was. Then she (without knocking) unlocked the door for us, only to realize it was occupied! I used to be a housekeeper; you NEVER enter a room without knocking. That made me nervous not only for the fact we didn’t have a room but also some of the staff may just unlock our room! Headed back downstairs and had to wait in line. Finally got to the lady and she looked baffled. She tapped on her computer for several minutes and then apologized saying that she could give me a King suite upgrade at no extra charge. I explained we needed the Queen room so she continued to type as if she could find nothing. About 10 minutes later, she finally finds my name already booked into the second floor! My review on the remodel is that the shower is a pretty absurd design but I doubt that will be changed. Also, pictures are no longer secure and one very large on fell off the wall onto my head while I sat on the couch. Just seemed a bit careless. Picture fell for no reason so that’s a bit of a safety concern. May have really hurt a child. I did not report it but probably should have. Again, doubt that will be changed.

VERY nice! Two room suite with two ~40” TVs; clean, up to date; friendly; too bad we had dinner at a restaurant before checking in, because free food at hotel in evening; $1 drinks available, too. Very good mattresses and shower. Breakfast starts at 06:00 but hot breakfast not til 07:00 (1-time fluke?); good coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean. Common areas weren't well cleaned, floors, trash, dirty towels ect in the common spaces throughout the day and it never changed. You are unable to change the temperature in your room with their new thermostats. It will let you set it but it never changes. Front desk staff never answers the phones. It wasn't a great experience for the chain, but ran into another guest that said this is way cleaner then the other one in town. They do charge $1 each for the 5:30 kickback drinks to your room per adult even if you don't use them which is stupid. Food was decent but a little late being set out each time. Pool area needed attention, bathroom was gross and the hot tub jets didn't work. The kids enjoyed watching the elevator going up and down during breakfast. Wish the staff was more helpful at this location and the common areas were cleaner but didn't have any issues with the room being clean.
