I could not stay here at all it was way to dirty and smelled bad I asked for handicap room they told me they had one then when I got there i was told they could not accommodate my husband is a double amputee a he needed a handicap shower not to mention they was going to put us on the third floor. Once we got in the room I went back down and told her we could not stay.

Bedside light didn't work One of the elevators didn't work, which didn't matter to me since i was on the first floor, which was pretty noisy. The area seemed unsafe and the entire hotel seemed in disrepair. Wish i would've spent a little more to stay in a nicer hotel.

Bathroom outlet didn’t work. Light by one side of bed didn’t work. Entrance light switch didn’t work. The room never felt cool only felt muggy. Only one healthy choice at breakfast. No water at breakfast. I bought water at front desk and my change was 16 one dollar bills. Very disappointing stay.

Hotel was very rundown. Needs to be completely upgraded. Access Road to hotel in very bad condition and not enough parking for the hotel. Hotel room, walls, dirty, and need to be repainted And furniture, dirty, and worn and needs to be replaced.

Hotel is great for one overnight stay, however if you are looking for a family hotel, this is not the place. Staff was not present at check in, only one elevator Hotel seemed clean but the smell of weed was invasind the hallways. The room was clean and had all the necessary toiletries but the early crowd arriving late from clubbing were too noisy next door. Breakfast area is limited with no enough sitting.

It was really close to where we needed to be. The price was reasonable and we figured out why as soon as we pulled in. The parking lot coming in was riddled with potholes. Theres a train track directly behind and you heard the train all hours of the day and night. People walking the tracks . Witnessed a few checking the doors on vehicles in the parking lot. The room was dirty there was debri on the floors the body waah was empty they never replinished it ,water damage to the wall the tv was on , hardly any channel would come in on the tv . We had 4 guests they gave us 3 towels and 2 wash rags. Everytime you would ask for another towel they would say ask in the morning or they were drying. Put a do not disturb sign up they came into the room anyway and took only 2 of the 3 used towels and emptied 2 of the 3 trash cans and didn't put a bag back in one of them. We stayed 4days 3nights our check in was 4pm and check out at 11am but online it said check out was 1130. It also said 100 deposit and they only charged 50. The discription didnt mention a pool however the photos showed one, when we got settled in we found the pool was filled and covered by a smokers canopy.
