Area was nice but did have a few homeless people nearby which is expected in downtown but it did not affect my stay. Breakfast was as expected. I could not check into my room until 7:30pm. No rooms were ready and I had to sit in the lobby and wait until after 7:30pm to check in. The rooms were not clean. I stayed 3 nights and never had room service come at all. I had to go to them to get clean towels and wash cloths. There was never any staff at the front desk. Had to go to the other side of the hotel every time we needed something

The staff was exceptionally courteous and did everything they could to improve our stay. However, we had to wait almost an hour past our check in time before a clean room became available. Once we were in our room, it was clear that the housekeeping staff had been in a hurry as the bathroom had been cleaned but not well (debris from previous guests on floor, hair in bathtub). On top of that, the fan on the ac/heat unit was so noisy that we had to turn the entire unit off at the breaker. Maybe the hotel was slammed at the last minute and miscalculated the need for staff but overall, it was disappointing.
