Check -in was great, and the desk agent was very friendly, helpful, and has great customer service skills. My tv didn't work, and she quickly moved us to another room. It was a pleasant stay. My only problem:. I was going to have a brief medical procedure, and couldn't eat at the breakfast time. I just got 2 slices of bread to eat on the dive, but was told that i couldn't take it to the room, so i said i was taking it to the car, and was told that was not allowed. What? Who doesn't want you to eat in a room for which you have paid. I just threw it in the trash. Is it better to waste it, thank to much on it to prevent nausea? Shame. I will not stay there again.

Vehicle stolen; STAY AWAY FROM HERE

The associate was friendly. Truck was stolen and we couldn’t get any help from the hotel to get footage or video. Asked for corporate number or an email to speak with the owner and was told they don’t have a number or email for the owner and that we would have to wait until the owner comes in later that day around 10. Hours passed and I had my sister to call and check to see if owner was in and they said owner won’t be in until Monday. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IF YOUR VEHICLE GET STOLEN, THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. Police was called
