The room was very nice and clean. There were several shops in the hotel to go shopping in and there was a small arcade for the kids. We had an overall great experience.

Our room was very nice, clean and the bathroom was very spacious. Lots of outlets and the bed wasn't so high a short person like me didn't have to leap to get in it :) The casino is spacious with a good selection of gaming machines and the restaurant food was delicious with very friendly wait staff. We were just passing through Biloxi, but now need to plan a longer stay in the area.

Beautiful property, lovely staff, only thing i would change is that you should be able to tip electronically. I don't generally carry cash and many institutions are now cashless. I saw them tell person after person that they could not take CashApp, Venmo or Zelle and that's heads to be negatively impacting the valet crew and various attendants.

The room was good, only complaint I have is the room next door had an alarm going off at 3am and I believe it was not occupied. But all in all, great stay, great casino, great show, great venue and super nice and helpful staff!

The room was assigned to me early in the day, but was evidently put on the last room to be cleaned. We were expecting to at least check in at 3:00 check-in but that didn’t happen. We were give some comps for eating because I asked for some compensation,but thought it would have been automatic with all the issues we had.
