The property is new so I am sure issues will arise. Our thermostat was stuck at 55 degrees but maintenance came up and fix that right away. There was minimal hot water. The breakfast was fantastic. It was nice to eat off real plates and use real silverware as post COVID. The staff was kind and courteous. Over all this is a 5 star location and highly recommend.

The staff was what made my stay magnificent! During my stay, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by a remarkable young lady who seemed to do it all. She drove the shuttle with warmth and professionalism, welcomed guests at the front desk with a smile, kept the hotel spotless by mopping floors, and even offered excellent excursion recommendations that made my trip more enjoyable. Her dedication, versatility, and genuine care for guests are truly extraordinary. It’s rare to see someone juggle so many roles while still making every interaction feel personal and uplifting. I don’t know her name, but I understand her sister also works at the hotel—and together they must be a powerhouse of hospitality! This employee exemplifies the very best of Hilton’s service culture. We have stayed here multiple times ever since it opened and this was by far the least favorable. Room floor was dirty as was the shower. Tv...well dont plan on watching any. Acted like it was buffering no matter the channel. Netflix worked good if you have that. Overall it was the room cleanliness that was the most disappointing. Floors were nasty. Food left from previous inhabitants should never happen and the feel of grit and dirt was not pleasing getting into bed.
