You will need to take this bin to the street every week before 7 AM on Thursdays and put it back along the side of the house or else HOA violations will be assessed and passed on to the guest. This little home was as advertised. It is well-furnished, kitchen is well-stocked with quality cooking supplies, dishes, glasses, etc. Appliances are new. Beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. We very much enjoyed our month and recommend it. We would stay there again!

The property was a great place for my employees to stay while working on a project in Colorado Springs. Josh was quick to respond when there were questions or concerns about the property. Great Choice
We had a very nice 30-day stay in this rental. The house is in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It is reasonably convenient to many places in the area that are worth visiting. The house itself is large, comfortable, well laid out, and efficient. The king bed was very comfortable (we didn’t use the others). The kitchen was well equipped with plates, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is a very nice outdoor space to enjoy - with a very nice view of Pike’s Peak - a bonus we thoroughly enjoyed. There is a hot tub on the patio that we didn’t use but it looked very clean and well maintained.
The host is exceptional. We arrived to find a recent wind storm blew the grill off the patio and into pieces. Within days, a new grill was delivered and assembled by their property manager, Sam - also exceptional. We needed some supplies to help keep the home clean and the host was again quick to provide what was needed. In short, I believe this host will do anything within reason to make sure you have a good stay.
We were very happy with this choice for our stay in Colorado Springs. We would stay here again without question.

Great family getaway
Josh's place is perfect for a family getaway in a perfect neighborhood. So close to grocery, coffee, and so many cool restaurants. Walking anywhere is fabulous. The view from the back windows is gorgeous, where else can you see Pikes Peak from your window? The house was spacious enough for our little family, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and eating meals at the big dining table was perfect. Wifi was okay, working from here was doable. No issues with power or weather related issues. A very good stay in a great neighborhood ( used to live 2 blocks over years back). Really, really comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone. We'll be back!!

We stayed at this property for 3 months while shopping for a house. We had a couple of issues which the owner addresses in a timely manner. The location is close to shopping and restaurants, major streets are about a mile away and I 25 is about 5 miles away.
