"The home was great and comfortable. We appreciated Ric. I do want to mention no drapes on the large living room window or glass back door could be a safety issue for future guests, we were able to drape a light covering on the front window for nighttime privacy so it didn’t diminish our time there. Would definitely come here again!"

"This host does EVERYTHING to insure a great stay. Instructions posted on everything from the WiFi to the shower. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils even salt and pepper shakers and a first aid kit. Apartment located in beautiful home with private access through garage. Located within 10 minutes of Interstate. Close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Thank you Shawn for your attention to detail. "

"We enjoyed our stay at The Sweet Spot! It was the ideal location for our weekend in the Charleston, SC area. We stayed here with 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 children. There was plenty space for all of us to be comfortable.
