Home owner was friendly. The vrbo consisted of a very small room with 2 twin beds and a bathroom area. It was also quite a drive to downtown Charleston. So overall we got what we paid for it just wasn't a good fit for us. But could be a good fit for others.

This host does EVERYTHING to insure a great stay. Instructions posted on everything from the WiFi to the shower. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils even salt and pepper shakers and a first aid kit. Apartment located in beautiful home with private access through garage. Located within 10 minutes of Interstate. Close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Thank you Shawn for your attention to detail.

We were looking for a clean, safe place to just get a good night's sleep and this was it. There is Roku TV and WiFi, not sure that was in the description. Very firm twin beds made for a restful sleep. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
