Location was accessible, room was more than adequate, front desk was mostly friendly. The issue was that I was charged for three nights when I only stayed two. Management stated I checked out after noon when I checked out before 8 AM. No receipt was provided at the time of checkout nor has one been sent via email. This is the only IHG hotel of the eight that I stay in around the low country that does not provide a receipt. Never going back.

The room is spotless, and the shower is a delight. I appreciate the vinyl floor design, which prevents dirt from accumulating. The beds are very comfortable. However, the mood in the breakfast area seemed subdued, possibly due to the Christmas holiday. Nevertheless, the front desk staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and prompt in addressing our inquiries.
