Staff were so friendly and accommodating! The lobby was very clean and smelled so nice. Our room was clean but the floor did feel grimy and the bathroom had previous customers garbage left on shelf(Walmart bag with trash) and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped(wet marks in front of toilet)

Exceptional stay

This was undoubtedly the best Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. Better than most supposedly high end hotels. HQ needs to use this hotel as it's Gold Standard. Kudos to the management and staff

Glad it was only one night

Front desk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Negatives were that the bathroom didnt seem very clean, the room was humid the entire time, and the floors are very thin and it sounded like elephants walking above you.

Were vacationing from upstate New York and had to waste 200.00. I felt like we got scammed 🙁 if you could make this right, I’d appreciate it!

My wife and I had a great stay - Comfort Suites Summerville, South Carolina. The front desk customer service was terrific! Breakfast was a big disappointment. It was bright, clean and a good value for your money.
