"The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street."
