"We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The breakfast was really great and definitely worth it. There was a wide variety of food, and the atmosphere was really nice. The only downside was our check-in experience. When we arrived, the receptionist asked us to take our own luggage to our room using a luggage trolley because there was no one available to help. We didn’t mind handling our own luggage, but for a hotel of this standard, it felt disappointing and unprofessional."
