I have to say the this was one of the most pleasant experiences at a hotel. We just took a quick one night trip to get away to Frankenmuth and stayed in nearby birch run. From the two individuals at the front desk to friendly housekeeping staff to even being greeted by the General Manager at breakfast it was a great stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. A little worn in a few areas in the bathroom but overall nice. The lady that checked us in when we arrived also checked us out the next morning and was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with enough food/seating. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Room was nice and clean! Biscuits and gravy was pretty good! The self-serve coffee machines in the lobby that grind and brew your coffee fresh were definitely a pleasant surprise. I’m used to hotels having stale coffee that’s been sitting on a hot plate, but the coffee at this location was very fresh.
