We provide basic house essentials such as coffee, spices, and paper towels, along with linens including sheets, blankets, and towels. Great location, but needs some love!

The location is fantastic—just a mile from downtown Loveland, which we loved!However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our experience. The house could benefit from a deep clean; the floors felt sticky and had a noticeable dirtiness, and there was an old, musty smell that lingered throughout. Fortunately, we spent most of our time out and only used the house for sleeping and showering.Additionally, the two rooms on the east side lack curtains, which made it difficult to sleep due to the neighbor's motion flood light and the early sunrise.This home has great potential, and I hope these suggestions help enhance future guests' experiences.

The listing stated the property was immaculately clean and it most certainly was not! Upon entry, we were met with a terrible smell! The floors were filthy, there were holes in the walls, and the vents and returns were covered in dirt. We had to go to the store to get cleaning products and sprays, sheets, towels, and slippers to try and make it stay able. When my daughter took a shower the hot water nob fell off and she couldn't get out fast enough before getting her back burned because the water was super hot. It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to turn the water off and be able to use it the rest of the stay. On day two, we came back from our excursion to an infestation of flies! I contacted the owner about the home being filthy and the holes in the walls and he said he was sorry, on his way out of town and wouldn't have good service, and asked what he could do to fix it. When we came back to the flies, I asked for, at minimum, a partial refund. I didn't get a response for several days. When he did respond he stated that things were weird at the home, asked me where the towels and shower curtain were (we removed them and used our own because the ones provided were disgusting). I told him the were in the bathroom closet and asked if he was going to address my issues and the fly infestation. He has not responded. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME!
