Service was brutal, checked into a room with a heating/cooling unit that didn’t work. Told front desk and received no help. Chose to leave a prepaid room and stay elsewhere. Shower had no water pressure at all.

I was upset we had to switch rooms in the middle of our stay the tv wasnt working when we first got there which was a very inconvenient because we had our boys with us. Maintenence did come and finally got it working but it happening again no connection so we had to switch rooms only to find out the tv wasnt working in that room either so at this point we were over it so around 830pm when we got backbto our room it was finally working. Outside of that the staff team was very helpful in doing all that they could do. We also received breakfast passes which we were unable to use because be woke up late on sunday. We would book again the nexttime we visit thanks for listening in advance
