"The staff sets up a text conversation when you checkin. I had a question about the location of a light switch. They answered promply. My only complaint is the free breakfast. It is a bunch of indiviually wrapped muffins etc. Fortunately, there are a lot of good restaurants that serve breakfast."

"They staff is very helpful and friendly. A person knows that the pool needs attention when you can hear the frogs crock. But it was securely fenced off. There were 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths in the room for 2 people. We had to get maintenance come turn on the TV. Then we could not turn it off with unplugging it. The light fixtures blinked. The bulbs needed to be replaced. The carpet was filthy. Everything in the room is old and needs to be replaced. If you have another choice in Helen take the other choice."
