Great Renovated Rooms

I was upgraded to the newly renovated rooms. My room was first class If you get an older room they can be a little thread bare. The hotel shows its age a little. But the helpful staff and a great downtown location make up for it By the way the in hotel restaurant “Block 23” is great. I had breakfast there All three days. It is a buffet. But worth the money. Their bacon is wonderful.

Great location. An outstanding Starbucks in the lobby. Convenient walk to both Bricktown and Federal Building Museum. Valet parking was reasonably priced and efficient. Will stay again next time in OKC. Only complaint is the beds are harder than I like.

The bathroom door was damaged and the headboard had quite a bit of wear and tear. We were right next to the elevator and it was quite noisey the entire time. However, the bed was comfy, the staff was super friendly and everything was clean.

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed 5 days 4 nights and could only arrange for them to clean the room one day. The toilet in room water ran all night keeping us away. The room was very tiny and cramped. The outside bar that that is shown all over the pictures was not open, no bell man to help with luggage you had to do everything yourself at this hotel. Vending machine for drinks was sold out on every floor. We had problems with our parking garage permits and there was no way to look them up so we over paid parking and lobby staff said there was nothing they could do about the overcharges. Do not stay at the hotel unless location is all you are looking for. We went to a concert at Paycom so it was close to walking for that. The inside bar staff were friendly and the food was good. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Great staff friendly from start to finish. The rooms are great for the price and comfortable. Walkable to paycom and dining experiences. Breakfast was good as well lots of buffet options.

WAY OUT DATED!!!!!!!!

This hotel is years past remodel. One person can barely fit in the bathroom. Headboards had scratches all over them.Carpet had stains. The stool had scratches all over the lid. For the money find another hotel. The two positives was the staff and food. Service was great. SHERATON REMODEL THE HOTEL IT IS A JOKE FOR THE MONEY.

Not worth the extra money to stay there.

Stayed two night. Went back up to the room during the day and the room wasn’t cleaned . So went down and asked why our room wasn’t cleaned . And the lady at the desk very rudely said.” Well did you ask us to clean it”. I said no. Most places just clean the room without asking. And I figured with the upscale pricing of this place we wouldn’t have to be asking. She pointed to the little two inch sign on the front desk and said well you are wrong. Refused to go ahead and clean the room for the day. They don’t bring extra towels. But nothing else.
