Nestled on the tip of Marsh Island, this fabulous 2 bedroom townhome features spectacular views of the Chincoteague Bay. Watch the fishing boats go by and witness the million dollar sunsets everyone talks about - all from the comfort of your own vacation home! The open floor plan downstairs is very inviting, and features the kitchen (with a breakfast bar), dining area with walk-out balcony, living room with flat-screen TV, and a half bathroom. Upstairs you'll find two nicely appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. There's also a full bathroom with tub/shower upstairs.
