Basic essentials are just fine. Updated bathrooms are a nice feature. I’m concerned with the big crack in the door (light/air) weather stripping could fix. No vent cover to aim the air (dust/dirt), and the corner piece of the rubber doesn’t quite cover the inch-long staples coming from the doormat (wear house shoes when close to that area. Dangerous!

Nothing. Our king room had a full size matress. It was a muddy work zone. Outside the room they gave us. I cannot believe Radisson put its name on this place. Section 8 motel. Advertisement should not be listed as a Radisson. It literally felt like a bad move. I tried to call travelocity multiple times and never got an answer. I had to look for other accommodations at 5 pm in Cheyenne and was very fortunate. Please refund my money. The inn lets us leave and said sorry, and did not charge us.

Never stay here

Terrible experience. Arrived at 8pm and was told they did not have any clean rooms for us to stay in. They were understaffed and very disorganized. After 90 minutes they gave me a key to a room that had wood planks laying on the bed and did not have pillows or towels.

None of the lights worked in the room except for the bathroom. The attendant switched me to a different room. The beds in that room rested on boards which protruded at least two inches beyond the foot of the bed. I bashed my shins on those boards three times (I'd driven 792 miles and I was tired).

The fact that Expedia even lists thus as a place to stay is inane. I showed up with reservation at 12:30 am and had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned. The room smelled like chemicals that butned my lungs and eyes so bad that I contemplated leaving. Then after 30 minutes of the motel worker making noise working on the room next to me I got in my truck and drove 3 hrs abd slept at a rest stop. Worst experience in 30 years of extensive travel all over the world.

This used to be a different hotel and from what people said it was not a good one had a bad reputation there is no sign for the hotel pool is not up and going people stay long term here room was not ready had to take another o e had been driving for 14 hours and was tired a lot going on here dogs barking all night will say Ned’s are comfy and good shampoo and conditioner but over all I will not come back they didn’t ask for my id at check in or my account number just my name so anyone could come get a room with out them checking identity

First of all, we desperately needed a place to sleep. That being said, we made our reservation through Expedia 2 hours before our arrival for a king size bed. When we arrived our room wasn't ready yet so they asked us to wait for 2 hours, this was at 8pm. They told us they would call when our room was ready.....they did not. When we went into the lobby there was a couple who had been waiting since 6pm for their room.We finally were able to secure a room, many did not and had their reservations cancelled even though the websites continued to say their rooms were available. We walked over piles of trash and past rooms full of storage stuff. When we got to our room by 10pm, The room reeked of a very stro g cleaning solutions. The TV was broken, no microwave, no fridge. We got a room with 2 full beds instead of the king. One of the beds had a finger nail under the sheets. We would have left but every hotel in town was booked and we couldn't drive after dark. Painters tape was still on some of the walls. The floor and most of the surfaces were dirty except the sink,toliet area but no hand soap.

We booked on Expedia and the reviews said it was clean. It was NOT!!!!! First off they over booked. The room was the nastiest thing I have ever stayed in. White powder ok the microwave, dirty wash cloth under the pillow on dirty sheets. Sticky side tables. Bathroom was also not clean. The dog area is FULL of dog crap. It smells like rotten food or something. Breakfast is non existent. We also arrived at 8 at night and rooms were still being cleaned and ppl waiting in the parking lot. Do not recommend. Pay the extra money and stay some where else.

We made reservations on our way cross country with our dog. Most motels in Cheyenne were full (we don’t know why) so we tried Park Inn. As we approached the motel, it looked rather shady; a number of people were standing at their open door smoking. We were told our room had just been cleaned and when we walked in were hit with a VERY strong disinfectant smell. We couldn’t get a refund but we didn’t care, we just left. No way, smelled BAD

Asking for our money back. We couldn't stay. The rooms smelled so strong of ammonia or some kind of cleaner that my eyes got watery and my nose stung. The first room had messed up bedding and reeked of cleaner of some kind. It was a strong chemical smell. The other bed had stains on the sheets. So he gave us a second room. That one had a broken bed platform. Unkept bedding AGAIN. It also smelled strongly of the same cleaner. Outside the door was the "dog area" and there were turds in a few places that I wasn't going to clean up but my service dog would likely get blamed. Been there, done that. The front desk clerk said he didn't know if the rooms were clean or not. It's 1800 hours and the rooms aren't cleaned?

The plumbing is in bad shape, tiny shower and I had to adjust the water temperature constantly while I showered. The toilet overflowed and the desk person brought me a 50 cent mop and a plunger. I had to clean everything up or it wouldn't have been done until after I checked out! This happened at 6 am! They advertise breakfast, grab & go, but it was a danish or a muffin. No decaf coffee and the coffee they did have was "trucker strong"! I wouldn't stay again...

Inside the room is beautiful and clean. They have a really nice shower in it. The beds were nice. There was no place to sit outside but they’re still working on that. The pool wasn’t open yet but I felt safe and got a good night sleep. whatever cleaner you’re using in that room change it it stinks
