Extremely disappointed trip to Disney land Paris

The hotel is tired. Staffing issues in bar area meant all of bar was not open. Swimming pool water temperature was stated at 28c. However it did not feel like that , everyone thought that the pool was too cold. Room not cleaned properly, glasses not washed on 2 occasions. Feels as if everything is being cut back eg poor quality toilet paper , water not replaced etc Main dissatisfaction was that although Disney Paris tickets were included in the price we were not made aware how much of the park was closed. Some of the park is closed for refurbishment but some of the shows seem to just have been closed. In the park the water in the toilets is cold and hand dryers do not work. Overall 50% of shows are cancelled and a huge amount of park is closed. We have been coming to the park for over 30 years and will not be coming again. I feel that Hotels . Com should be issuing a warning to clients booking a hotel with Disney booking. A small saving grace were the staff in the hotel bar who were fantastic.

Blood stain on the sheets, very dirty

Room was very dirty. There was an old blood stain on one of the sheets, the surfaces werent clean, were sticky and covered with fingerprints and there i stood on a small puddle of something wet white and guey. If it hadnt been so late we Had checked in and the room so far from reception we would have insisted upon another room but my daughter was fast asleep and we were dead on our feet. Not Exactly a magical start to our stay.

This hotel is so cozy in the winter with the wilderness feel. Don’t get me wrong it’s due a refurb some of the communal areas are tired and need an update but it has a lovely atmosphere. There is a huge fire in the bar which is lit at nighttime, bar doesn’t open until 4pm which is frustrating as other hotels have options available all day. Limited food available in the bar as well, could be a better choice. Such an easy 10-15 min walk to the parks which is so convenient. Queue at security goes down quickly. Pool area lovely although water temp a little cold. Will absolutely stay here again.

Sequoia lodge is a must do particularly during winter time! The rooms feel dated although clean, comfortable and well decorated! When checking in you have the option for quieter rooms which we selected and allowed us to be in a lodge away from any footpaths or noise area which mesnt it was very peaceful. I will definitely consider staying here on my next disney trip! And strongly recommend!

Disney Sequoia Lodge was a great option when visiting Disney for a family group of 5 adults and 2 young children aged 4 and under. Rooms were well equipped. Buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were very helpful and were accommodating of an early check in and having our rooms located side by side. Close walking distance to Disney Village and Disney Park. Would definitely stay again as it the price per night is good value for money.

The experience was very good We have stayed at all disneyland paris hotels This one is in the top 3 for sure. At the same trip we also stayed at disneyland hotel main hotel for 2 nights We loked sequia more. It is 3 minutes walk from the village which is realy close Restaurants are good in comparison to other hotel around

Brilliant Stay!

My 4yo and I had the best time at Sequoia Lodge. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The only thing that would have been good is a little fridge. I requested bed guards and they were brought up immediately. Breakfast was great, big selection and so was dinner. We hadn't made reservations but they still made sure to accommodate us and my son loved it! I also loved the bar, so warm and inviting, great drink options for children and adults. Won't hesitate to stay again!

While this is a great and convenient property the service is subpar from any Disney property. This is Disney, its international having staff that refuse to speak English is kind of dumb.

Yet again if not booking direct it’s hotel, they put you in the worst rooms, near lift, nosey, opposite lower Lift mechanics, above reception etc…even though requested quiet room…they said oh ok….tough..
