The staff especially front desk were not welcoming they acted like checking you in and any question were bothering them. Breakfast food options were great but it was packed and not enough staff because they kept running out of food so what we could get was good. Not sure that we would stay in the future we found there are so many options for staying in the area.

Large room, with balcony overlooking the water. Large comfortable bed. Large sofa & table & chairs. The hotel itself was older and had a little musty smell upon entering the lobby. It was VERY clean, when cleaned, but cleaning crew were still cleaning rooms at 8:00 at night. Price was slightly above average to high on the weekends. Breakfast was not great, same food every day for 4 days. Long lines for pancakes or waffles.

The room is nice with a water view, there's a nice pool, it's within walking distance from touristy places, and staff is nice. It's a bit dated and there were some things about the room that weren't so great, namely that there was 1) no table in the room at all so hard to work or eat, 2) porch chairs were dirty and due to time of year there were lots of flies and the flies were in the room, not a ton but enough that I did get one in my coffee cup, 3) some things in the room weren't working like a part of the coffee pot required to actually brew the coffee, no toilet paper roll holder and 4) I don't think there's WiFi. I also didn't love the layout of the hallways and entrances/exits. Were often cramped and tough to navigate. It's also connected to the Comfort Inn and all doors are accessible without a key, which I wasn't the most comfortable with. All in all, fine for a night but I think a little overpriced and wouldn't stay for a multi-night stay.

I didn't like the place at all. I don't know why it was rated so highly. Generally the place is an old, tired, and worn out. The rooms are dark and the breakfast is terrible. I didn't give it a one star because it did have a comfortable bed and nice linens.

It was convenient for my needs. The staff was pleasant and the room was spacious. I needed assistance with the TV and a bill item related to taxes (we are a non-profit & do not pay state tax), and both were fixed. Unfortunately, they charged the final bill to the wrong credit card after I specifically asked that it not be on that card, so I had to note that on my expense account for my employer and now wait to be reimbursed.

Staff was very nice. Room had paper thin walls and ceiling. Cut my stay by one day and did not get a refund for the one night even though I stayed two nights. I was offered another room but that doesn’t help the noise level. Breakfast was okay

The rooms were old and musty. It was bare minimum hotel. Not their fault but there was a party next to our room that was so loud we could not sleep. Shouldn’t they manage quiet times?

Dated. Paid for a beach walk out room ended up on the second floor. They called it and upgrade. Whatever. Fireworks on Saturday night were an awesome touch! We have stayed here previously but not sure we’ll be back.
