The room was nice, seems like recently update though the furniture was older. I loved that we were right there on the beach. It could use a bit of better outdoor maintenance. Easy check in and check out.

It is in a nice location and can see the bridge from there. The rooms were nice, the property was a little cluttered. I think that animals got into the garbage both days that we were there. Staff was friendly

The room itself seemed small but it was a very nice room with new wood paneled walls. Balcony was old and had moss on the carpet but it did have amazing views of the bridge as advertised.

We had a Bridge view balcony room that was absolutely GORGEOUS! The room was very clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable! Air conditioner worked well, we didn’t have any issues at all with the room! The check in process is a little confusing, as you have to check in at a different location. But it went smoothly and the front desk staff was great! I wish they would have explained the amenities. Not sure how the waterpark worked, as this was not explained at all. We never seen a hot tub either. The property needed a little love and care. The pool needs some updating and the balconies need a little love! There was trash overflowing in the trash and outside. The staff was amazing and very helpful! The location was perfect, and allowed us an excellent view of the fireworks show! I would absolutely stay at this location again and again!

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The staff moved us over to Sunrise Beach Motel for beach access which sounded nice but the room was filthy (floors, comforter, furniture, shower). Our feet and socks were black after walking around for less than 5 minutes. The lamps above the bed were cracked and had cobwebs. The screen door was broken/taped up. It was loud too. The pool and hot tub cleanliness was also questionable. We ended up leaving 1.5 days prior to check out without a refund. Wouldn’t recommend.
