The staff are so very kind. I stay there every 6 weeks as my mother is terminally ill. I am so comforted to know that when I arrive they know who I am. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The refridgerator is very handy and the view of Lake Huron is beautiful!! I love it!!!

The staff are friendly and eager to be helpful. The rooms on the lake are wonderful, they have a small balcony and the sound of the waves is very calming. The beds are comfortable and there is a pillow for everyone one's preference.

I had reservations for a year ahead. The property is closed every year beginning November 1st. We drove 300 miles to find out the reservations we had were no good.Travelocity should have not booked our reservations for November when the Hotel is closed.

Awesome property right on the water looking out towards Mackinac Island. Very courteous and helpful staff. Nice beachfront area with fire pits, easy parking. Was a good bargain for big beachfront balcony room on the water. Only complaint was carpets felt dirty in hallway and lesser so in room but still. Also, like everyone else has mentioned, the big slides weren’t working in the water park. Very much enjoyed our stay.
