my connecting flight was cancelled and Air Canada had a representative waiting for me with all printed vouchers and information. they were very helpful and efficient. the only bad things were the wait time on the phone to air canada, and the poor knowlegde and helpfulness of the customer service rep. for travelocity. they had very little knowledge of what was going on, what to do, and how to handle the situation, and took very long on the phone to explain and resolve the situation. which travelocity was clearly incapable of and which is why i had to wait on hold for air canada for 40 min.
