Transportation from HAN
Take note that Noi Bai International Airport is roughly 16 miles from the city; you have several ways to get into Hanoi from there. For some Hanoi hotels, it's a courtesy for guests, while others may charge a reasonable fee. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the public buses from the airport and make a transfer to your final destination in the city; the bus stop is located outside the arrivals level, all the way to the right (follow signs or ask someone). Additionally, taxi stands are located outside the arrivals level for domestic and international terminals, and they offer you the quickest way to get to the city.
