I like the breakfast. The staff was nice and adhered to my complaints. The lady at the front desk tried to fix the broken handle on the tub herself. She was awesome. The building still needs more upkeep and renovations.

The hotel was ok. It was clean. The room was comfortable. Good breakfast, not so many options. No elevator for second floor. Some upgrades must be done. The bathroom apparently was remodeled but it had a wall still in process.

When visiting this area of Cleveland I always stay at this Hotel, although there might be better accommodation in this area i choose to stay at this one because it is affordable, clean and has good parking. The reception is also very great. overall they have very good customer service and I would stay there again

Great value for the money, clean and comfy

We stayed for 6 nights. We were very happy with the room. Great value for the money. The building is older, but many updates have been done, and our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles. There was a great variety for anyone: eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast and muffins. There was juice, coffee, and tea bags. The kitchen isn't huge, but sufficient and nicely updated, with several tables to dine at. Roomservice was great and tidied our room perfectly while we were at meetings everyday, and was trustworthy. We left several dollars in change on the table, along with my tablet, and nothing, not one penny was taken. (We were not concerned about it anyway, but I thought it was worth mentioning). There is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms, but there are several first floor rooms available that are accessible from the outside, so it wasn't a problem for us. The steps were not steep or hard to climb. Overall, we recommend it and would stay again.

The staff was really nice and professional. The room was nice and clean. It looked recently updated it. I had requested a ground level room and it was granted no problem. There were 4 pillows on each bed, plenty of towels for the family, a nice size TV with TV guide and everything was clean. The only note is the refrigerator could use an update as it was older and had decent wear and tear as well as it didn't seem to be very cold. Breakfast was great, plentiful and fresh. The area is perfect with stores and places to eat within walking distance if you so please. I will stay here anytime I come to town!
