Staff were not accommodating, they do not like when you use third party websites to book, so they'll charge you more when you get there. Just needed a night's rest wouldn't have even been there 8 hours. They took my money on hotels.com and refused to give me a room without more money down.

Tim even reached out to me shortly after I checked in to make sure everything was in good order...a first in many years of traveling.
