The room was dirty. There was prescription medication on the floor (2 pills), so it had not been vacuumed. There were bugs, (roach and crickets). The phone didn’t work, no remote for the TV. Air conditioner not working properly. The only positive thing was the clerk was nice and the bed was comfortable. I will not return.

We were very disappointed in our stay. False advertising. Room was run down, empty liqour bottles under mattress, dirty sheets, hole in ceiling above shower (which was concerning), property unpleasent, pool empty when advertised and filled.

I wish I could give a better review. The hotel was clean. And appeared to be updating some rooms. The pool had no water in it. And the family that either ran or owned the hotel was living there.

Like that it was an Established Brand… Didn’t Like: Unclean Entrance to Lobby, Children playing in and around the Reservation/Check-In Desk, Walkway to Ice Machine was Not Clean, Ice Machine has not been Cleaned in weeks, Room Chair was too filthy to put anything on, Room Door Jam had been Broken and they just installed another door lock over it, Room Curtains torn and Dirty, Room Tub had a Large Hair in it, not fit to use, Breakfast was Not fit to eat, Coffee was Burned, just had cereal;

Found 3 cockroaches that were dying. one in the bathroom and 2 in the main room. The room was "non-smoking", however, there was a strong smell of previous users having smoked in the room. Would have been nice if they had a room freshener as a result. Refrigerator in the room was not very cold and you couldn't open the door all the way because if would be stopped by the carpet.

Was not happy i reserves a handicap room for my mother and they put her in a room with no safety bars in bathroom and didn't even have a shower chair she could use to take a bath. We had to go find something that would work for her in the bathroom. I will never use this hotel again and we go to that area 2 times a year for a week.

I needed help finding the hotel. So, i called the front desk. The gentleman was helpful, VERY patient, and stayed on the phone with me til i pulled up to the front door (i didnt ask him to lol). Our room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Its been a little more than a week since i stayed there and this is what i recall of their breakfast...The breakfast was very good and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, fruits, muffins, orange and apple juices, coffee. There are also many restaurants nearby. I was extremely happy with my stay. Special note..the driveway to this hotel is shared with a shopping center called Bradley Square. So, look for that sign too.

Not What I Asked For

I booked the rooms through hotels.com and I put that someone could not go up and down stairs. I had 5 adults and 1 child so we needed 2 rooms with 4 beds. When we arrived they did not have a room with 2 beds on the lower level. The clerk acted as if he was not aware of the nerds we had requested. They offered me a king size bed but that was not going to fit our needs. After several conversations, we had to find other sleeping arrangements for some of our partty and take the king bed. The room looked nice but had a terrible smell. We did not have any issues with the other room.

This property does not look like the pictures. It is run down and expensive. I paid $108.00 a night. The room was quite clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The exterior was filthy and unmaintained. The paint on the exterior door was cracked, and the staircase was filthy. Paint was chipped everywhere. I would not have minded so much if the cost was less. Horrible value for the money.
