Book a hotel near Chatham Manor, Fredericksburg

"Front desk clerk checked me into the wrong room for my 2 night stay. When coming back the 2nd day after working all day I was informed I had been checked out. I was asked for a confirmation number but only an itinerary number existed. He called his manager. Her response was, if there is no reservation in the system tell her to go stay somewhere else. I was angry. I said no, I have a reservation, I prepaid months in advance. After 20 min of back and forth, he realized he had screwed up and checked me into a room with a reservation the following the day and checked me out of it. It was pure luck that they hadn't shown up yet and been given keys to my belongings. Won't stay there again! And I'll be attending this location twice a year every year. The manager's response was garbage. "

"Safe, clean, great location. Friendly and helpful staff, especially DeeDee. "

"Room was in need for renovation, bed wasn’t comfortable and not sure if there noice policy in place. "

"The room didn’t have a tv remote and the one from the front desk only worked half the time. Had to an issue with the tv. "

"Staff was attentive. The room was clean. Did have issues with guests above running throughout the night. Continental breakfast food wasn't kept hot nor was a microwave present to heat."

"This is a Quaility Inn Motel not Hotel and I was very impressed as I normally stay in a hotel . Everything was fresh and clean and new and smelled lovely . The breakfast was very nice ! It had all the choices.For myself as long as they have a Belgium waffle I am vey happy ! Everything was great! The staff was so friendly like your next door neighbor ! The kitchen guy was on top of everything and the desk was the best."
