To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we enforce strict no-party policy of any kind.
The cabin is ideal for 6 guests but can accommodate maximum upto 8 guests.
Loud music (including from parked cars) is not allowed.
We welcome you to enjoy a quiet and peaceful getaway! Thank you for your understanding.
No Smoking / Vaping Policy:
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors, decks, patios, and common areas.
$500 penalty will be imposed for any violations, plus additional cleaning or damage costs if applicable.
Propane Grill Note:
The property includes a propane grill with a small tank. While our team makes every effort to keep it filled, we cannot guarantee the tank will always last for the duration of your stay. For uninterrupted grilling, guests are welcome to bring an extra propane tank and may take it with them upon departure.
Smart TV & Streaming Use
• The property is equipped with Smart TVs for guest use.
• Guests may access their own streaming/OTT subscriptions during their stay.
• For security and privacy reasons, guests are required to sign out of all personal accounts on TVs and other connected devices at checkout.
The host is not responsible for any accounts left logged in after departure.
Pet Policy – No Pets Allowed
To ensure a comfortable, clean, and allergen-friendly experience for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property
If any pet is brought onto the property, the following will apply:
• A $750 unauthorized pet fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning and sanitation
• Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the pet, including (but not limited to) furniture, linens, flooring, or outdoor areas
• Any repair or replacement costs will be charged separately based on actual damages
