The first floor is an entry stairway with access to the garage directly from the condo. The second floor includes an open concept living area with a living space, kitchen space, dining space, half bath, and a rear facing balcony. You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time. As 26x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.

Exterior security camera present:  We have a doorbell camera that would be on during your stay. This is for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present:  There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
**If you would like to see if our cleaners are able to accomodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC.
