You would think this hotel would be cleaner and nicer because of the name. Not the case. The room had a foul oder and the room appeared to have been lightly cleaned. Housekeeping should be a point of interest with this hotel.

We were in Charleston for the Cooper River Bridge Run. The room was clean and reasonably priced. They had fixed bags full of snacks for all of the runners; a very nice gesture. We will certainly reccomend this hotel.

We chose this place because of the indoor pool only to get here and find out the pool is closed. Why are the rates high while the pool is closed? Why doesnt the website state the pool is closed? Terrible.
