Very nice place however, it was a confusion with my dogs..and the lady in the on staff embarrassed me by commenting about my dogs in front of another guest. Also, I got the room and a staff member at 3:00 today entered in the room without knocking or anything..then stated she forgot I was there???

Last time they gave me a room on the ground floor furthest from the front door. The back door would not unlock with key and it was too far to walk all the way around the building to get into the room. Also last time I found a paper plate (not mine) left over under the sofa. Also the room had a fire alarm go off when I attempted to turn on the heater. They told me that the rooms were sold out. I got there late for check in because I drove in for work and went straight to work because I was too early for check in when I drove by the hotel. I stayed 2 nights and asked if I could move to a better room even though almost no one was there the next morning, the clerk told me no. This time they gave me a room on the third floor (I don't like the possibility of someone climbing in the window) and the room was clean. I also asked that I get a room facing the parking lot so that I can keep on eye on my car. I did check in early in the morning just to insure that I would get a decent room. I would not feel uncomfortable as a woman staying here in the future.

First of all I have never stayed somewhere and been this disappointed! Walked in and the whole lobby smelt like weed and it looked like the lady was high! And the website lied about there being a indoor pool and breakfast. Only thing they had was coffee and muffins. The room smelt like a dead rat! There were some kinda bugs crawling around on the floor when we got back later that night that we killed. The toilet would nearly flush. I never would recommend anyone to stay there!

Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were really sticky. And, we saw about 15 cockroaches in our room and bathroom.

The first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned. The next one the WiFi didn’t work, the door key did not work, the room was shabby, stained carpet, cracked counters. Attempts to resolve problems with front desk brought a response of “ you don’t like it, leave, and if you come down with one more problem, we will put you out”. Fortunately a General Manager appeared and said she’d deal with the employee. The “ breakfast” was an empty coffee pot at 9 am, and a pack of cookies? The laundry room, open for viewing was filthy, employees hanging out eating in there leaving no one at front desk. You’d be better off sleeping sitting up in the airport. Disgusting! Oh talked with 2 other “ guests” whose experiences were worse than mine.
