"Beautiful property, but a few issues made the stay uncomfortable Overall, this is a beautiful property with a charming bed-and-breakfast feel, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was very warm throughout my entire stay. I was told the AC would be turned on, but I never really felt the room cool down. I ended up having to keep a fan running, and unfortunately the fan was making a loud noise and needed some adjustment just to use it. The TV remote also didn’t work properly. The other major issue was with Expedia. I apparently had a message from the property with important information about accessing the property, but I couldn’t access the message through Expedia. I wasn’t able to properly log into the account/messages, and the app didn’t make it clear that I had an important message waiting. This made getting into the property unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. I think this was partly an Expedia issue and partly a communication issue with the property. Aside from those problems, the property itself is beautiful and has a unique, cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere. With better communication through Expedia and a cooler, more comfortable room, this would have been a much better experience."
