Most everyone seemed very welcoming. The attendant in breakfast area did a very good job keeping everything stocked and clean but could have been a bit friendlier. Maybe she was having a bad day? Anyways, would stay here again. Thanks!

The woman Laticia, a check in was as friendly as could be. The morning woman behind the lobby desk never bothered to lift her head to make eye contact or offer a greeting. One of our shower doors practically fell.

The hotel is great!! When I checked in would have been nice of the front desk would have given me more information basically gave me my key and asked for the form of payment. Didn’t tell me what floor I was on, no info on WIFI or if it was even offered there. No Hrs. on breakfast. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hotels and they all tell you what the hotel offers. They didn’t even ask for vehicle information which is another thing all hotels ask. It’s a little sketchy because of all the homeless around.

Worst hotel ever.

Worst stay we have had in a long time. There were ants in the rooms and the staff told us it was our fault. NEVER has a hotel treated me like that. They would be happy to switch us rooms or help us any way they can but not this hotel. I also have a daughter who is special needs and we were hoping to stay another night and the hotel basically tols us they didnt want us to because of the ants. I was in shock. They were also rude to my kids and my special needs girl was being a good big sister and helping our toddler play and the woman told me not to have them on the couch she could understand the baby but not my autistic daughter. No comment on at least being a good big sister or any nice comments at all. Unbelieveable. The front desk was rude in every way not a good place for families. Save yourself a bad stay and go somewhere else. The hotels.com people were super nice and even gave me a credit due to our treatment there. I love hotels
