Book Hotels in Chalk Sound Drive

"The hotel is nice and very clean as it was newly built. With that in mind, there were a few things the hotel still needed to complete or work out, such as: no garbage bins anywhere outside the rooms (but staff were more than happy to help with disposal in common areas), no fan / ventilation in the bathrooms making it difficult for swimwear to dry (can alternatively dry on the balconies), the cushions on loungers were left out during the rain so were still soaked the next morning when it was sunny (had to stack multiple layers of towels to lie on the loungers) etc. However, in the grand scheme of things, those items would not be deal breakers and overall, the stay was good value for what we paid, rooms/beds are comfortable, hotel aesthetic is very nice, it is close to the Grace Bay West beach (5 min walking) but they also offer complimentary use of bikes or an 8 min drive to the primary Grace Bay Beach area, the coffee bar and oven-baked pizzas were delicious, and the staff was really great! I would definitely come back to Hotel Indigo in TCI again!"

"The room was very nice and clean. Most of the staff was nice however not overly friendly. The food was very good and the choices were great. The beach area was perfect and well kept. I would stay here again."

"Excellent central location near stores, restaurants, and the amazing beach. Far less expensive than other hotels on the island, but some of the nicer details are missing. Sloppy appearance in some common and outdoor areas, older furniture in room, some unfriendly/indifferent staff, dingy breakfast room with limited items. But all worth the inexpensive price for such a beautiful location. "

"Property has 2 areas, the one was a quiet adult only spot and it was awesome. Place was very clean, close to everything in the “downtown” area, restaurants, shops etc. We were right on the beach, chairs, umbrellas and towels were clean and available everyday! A coupe of things we didn’t like…. Room has laundry, after first night we had to ask for more detergent every time we went to use it. Second they are stingy with towels. Room turn down the service only Gave us 2 new bath towels, had to request additional and had to request wash clothes every day. This is a small inconvenience for an overall fabulous stay."
