This is a newer property that could use a new staff. Very cold welcome and not very friendly. The rooms are modern but you have no privacy if you’re in the bathroom with a sliding glass door. The door slides for the shower or the restroom so you can’t have both closed at once. This is a terrible design.

The property was nice. Basic. Not worth $400 a night. We also asked if the front desk could arrange a taxi for us at 5am for our flight out. They said they did but the taxi didn’t come. Will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in an area a little more quiet although still lots of places to eat and convenient golf cart or walk to the beaches. Staff was wonderful. Nice to have breakfast items included and free water bottles. Pool is small but didn’t need it anyway. Only odd thing was glass door for the toilet which didn’t provide much privacy. Sinks were in the main room which is nice to have separate. Beautiful view of the canal which didn’t have too many boats coming and going.

The staff was great, they upgraded me to a suite. The hotel is near Grace Bay. Also has a nice breakfast spot near the hotel. Highly recommend staying here.
