We were disappointed in the lack of the front end staff addressing the broken TV in the room. Asking multiple times and with different people netted absolutely nothing. Would not be staying here again. It’s a shame because the room was nice for the price and the hot breakfast was really good. People make the place. Felt like they could care less. Not a way to represent a company.

My room was not cleaned properly but my linens were fresh. The mirror was spotty and there were grains of dirt and maybe crumbs on the floors and everything was so dusty, especially the clock by the bed and on top of the fridge. The computer chair was old and had a big hole in it. But if the room had been cleaned properly I would have fully enjoyed my stay.

This place is a mixed bag. The space was ample, but the room had a strange smell. Cookware is barest of minimum. The bathroom door swings within a half inch of the toilet. The couch was completely sunken in the middle, luckily we didn't need it. My biggest issue was the barely warm showers. The water just didn't get hot at all. I'd definitely pick something else if I were travelling to the area for my kids, but for my spouse and I alone, we could deal. Price was too good for this property to be great. It was fine for a short stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The walk to the room,not so good - dirty carpets and debris in hallways. One staircase had a bowl of milk for 2 days with cat vomit next to it for 2 days, I did tell someone in housekeeping but it was never cleaned up and I was there for 3 days. I knew it was highly rated breakfast and location is what I needed. Better than 90% hotel mattress from a guy sleeping on Simmons luxury firm mattress. This is the only one that I feel near my own mattress. The only downside was my outer layer window couldn’t be shut and freeway noise wasn’t not bad and not super quiet either.

I have stayed at this property several times and it continues to deteriorate with every visit. For starters, I tried to phone the property with a simple inquiry as I was driving toward Kennesaw and the person at the hotel refused to help me. I was instead given another number to call, which was an automated phone line that required me to enter the ten digit itinerary number to proceed, something that is impossible to do while driving on I-75. When I got to the hotel, I couldn't check in because nobody was at the desk. There was a sign saying that I had to come back later because nobody was available to serve my registration. When someone did show up, I experienced three unsuccessful attempts to get room keys that would unlock my door. After three trips back to the desk to say "these keys don't work", the staff person came to the room and unlocked it manually, which meant I couldn't leave the room because there were no room keys that worked. There was no television service at the property because of some technology issue that had not been resolved. My bathroom sink leaked. When I went to leave my third floor room and check out, the elevator was out of service so I had to use the stairs with all of my luggage. Two weeks ago when I stayed there, I had to switch rooms because the refrigerator was making a loud noise that you could hear down the hall. My room was clean, but the hallways leading to my room are dirty and they smell. Not a positive experience. Never again.

Stayed a week with no Tv. They gave us free parking for the inconvenience, basically charged us for something that should be free anyway and took it off the bill. Tv went off a few hours after we checked in. After complaining to the management we were asked how they could make it better,they were told discount a day they said they couldn't. What they did do was take off 50.00. From a 7 day stay without tv. Which doesn't come close to making it better.
