The room was clean and smelled nice. Very friendly staff! I did notice a few small things that needed repaired (nothing major just things that come along with a hotel) the knob on the shower that turned the water on and off came off when I went to turn the shower on. A simple fix it just looked like it was getting stripped out.The draw curtains in the room could use replacing if you wanted them open you had to fold them up and clip them with paper holder clip that was already on them. Not a bad stay at all though :)

The fire alarm was faulty and went off at 245 AM. It would not stop and there was no staff present to deal with it. We stood around in the parking lot for over an hour. The fire department came and went and said an electrician was coming eventually. You can't get customer service from Expedia that isn't AI so we eventually had to find a other hotel. Of course neither Expedia nor Hampton Inn is willing to give us a refund. Never again.

The room was very clean. The TV cut off intermittently throughout the night. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We brought our 70 year old Nana and she had a blast!!

Everything was great, except that we stood outside from 1:45am until 4:15am due to their faulty fire alarm that the hotel could not deactivate. Therefore lost about 4 hours of sleep. The hotel offered a 50% discount for the inconvenience, but I have yet to see the confirmation through Hotels.com as of yet.
