entertainment all the time - live music or DJ 7 days a week. The upper restaurant was the perfect place for Sunday Brunch with great food and drink choices. The bartender/server was great for brunch. Easy walk to and from our event we went to and parking underneath. The only bad thing was it was a very warm room and we could not get it to cool down.

Always a comfortable stay. Staff are very accommodating & ready to make your stay the best. I love the champagne greeting & the live music in the evenings.

Upscale, but worth it if you can get a price Break

Saint Kates is upscale and usually out of our price range, but when we "can" get a price break it is our choice. Great location, rooms are very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. We did only have one washcloth, which was odd because we had plenty of towels, but that was very minor. Saint Kates is located well, and is an easy walk to anything in the downtown area. We were going to the nearby Pabst Theater, but almost all the music venues were close from there. They have an excellent bar area but expect it pretty crowded on a Friday night. Great dining options (although we opted for other arrangements), and a staff that works with you right away if there are issues. All in all, Saint Kates (if you can afford it) is one of the best for downtown Milwaukee.

This is such a unique hotel! There's music in the lounge/bar, an art gallery and access to the theater. The staff is courteous and the rooms are clean. There's a record player and records ro choose from. I love stating here!

First floor is glorious, but hotel floors need improvement. Thin walls; could hear my neighbors as well as hotel staff chatting loudly in the hallway clear as day while I was trying to get some work done. Finally, it looked like someone had leaned their greasy body against the inside of my hotel room door to look out of the peephole — be sure to wipe those down when cleaning. :D

Not bad.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved having a record player in the room, and our view was wonderful. The beds were hard so I woke up sore. The the shower heads were falling apart and the tub drained too slow so I had water over my ankles by the end of my shower.
