breakfast very good, bed was comfortable but had sharp unprotected brackets in middle of platform. not on edges in middle were you get in to bed. received a very painful scrape. adveryised charging stations. not true, from what wss described. very disappointing. dont' recommend.

Old property, Needs up-keep, Pest Control

When we arrived our original room had a foul odor, similar to wet clothes or mold, and there were gnats so we requested a different room which they kindly accommodated and we were happy about that. Our new room smelled better, it was cooler than the second room, suggest bringing a small fan if you like cold. We had originally requested a quiet room but with the room re-assignment we ended up next to a room that was keeping a dog and we could hear it barking off and o. For two days. Room needed upkeep, cleanliness was far, it is an old property. Our blackout curtains had large rips so plenty of light came in. Bed was very uncomfortable, shower fixture was coming out of the wall so you couldn't exactly adjust the water pressure. The toilet paper roll was frayed so everytime you pulled some, it was like a confetti party in the bathroom. A bit annoying 😑. Breakfast was basic, pool was cloudy. Staff was very nice.
