The hotel is basic, but in a convenient location for the Airport and Mall of America. The hotel provides a free shuttle service, which was a big selling point for me. The driver on shift would take residents anywhere they needed to go within 5 miles, and were on hand to ask transport advice as well ...

The room appeared to be clean. The front desk staff was friendly. I wish you would’ve had a shampoo and conditioner in the room. I wish I didn’t have to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste.

Honestly its clean and is a good location. I stayed here so i would be close to the zoo. But the bed was very uncomfortable. Its a good cheap place but its not something to write home about.
