Worst "Quality" I have ever stayed at! Most are good or better ... this wasn't. Even check in was "Odd". (personality / communication / info and very different key return policy ) Zero upkeep, even weeds growing in the VERY torn up parking lot. Curtains hanging on just a couple hooks, security latch on door only 1 part installed. zero amenities

The worst hotel ever!!! - I have pictures to prove, which I forwarded to Sean Lloyd. It is not a 3-Star hotel. The upstairs balcony was collapsing, the parking lot was a mess, no hot water, and a known meth hotel. And Travelocity does not stand behind it's loyal, paying clients - I have used them for over 20 years - Travelocity will not refund our money. Has offered us $50 to shut us up, but we will not accept!

Dont stay here!

This place was nasty. The room smelled moldy and like that cury smell you get at some hotels. The wifi did not work and the tv would constantly cut out and the phone signal was almost non excistant. The outside was down right scary. This was not a typical Quality inn, it stunk and I want my money back.

It is apparent that Expedia does not have feet on the groubd at rheir properties and simply uses AI or accepts any applicant. This property was very tumble down, so much so that after dealing with a difficult front desk person and driving around the poperty to park by my rented room, I decided to leave immediately. The front desk person "said" they cancelked my reservation. Then the man said, "If you want a refund, call Expedia. He then refused*** to give me any reciept, even though I said he could keep the money, I just wanted a reciept to be sure I got my hundred dollar deposit back as promised. He said, "Your account is Zero, Zero. He would not clarify that and refused ANY type of reciept. The whole thing was very shady on top of being a dilapidated property. What are you doing, Expedia? The place is unkept and dirty. My room had ants all over it. The floors were absolutely filthy! Missing lampshades, broken lampshades. I was so grossed out I didn’t even use the shower. I would never stay here again. There was no notification before I arrived at the hotel, that there would be a $25/per pet fee. It seemed as though it was a last minute charge they could slip in and I had no way to say no. Very upsetting. The place needs major attention.

Average hotel room. Not what I would call "clean". There was mouse poop on our bed. We got clean sheets and blankets after asking.Thankfully we also brought our own pillows/blankets. Cheap price reflects the condition of the hotel... Service was good. Everyone was very nice.
