Townhouse was very nice. Beds were comfy, showers were hot and the kitchen had what we needed. We had deer visit a couple of times and that was so fun to watch them. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Great location!

*great location, easy walk to main st area & Smith's grocery *found the home as advertised *Modern, nice amount of space *Living Room would benefit from having more comfortable seating and more of it, like chairs *Sparse kitchen supplies (1 kitchen towel, no baking dishes or serving bowls). But home is close to restaurants, could eat out

Nicely located in Carson City downtown area. Close to all the great eating locations, easy to walk locations. Very spacious home. A perfect fit for your family. Get rid of the day bed in the living room vs a couch. Not very comfortable when watching TV. Overall a perfect 10. Thank you.

The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice and private verses staying in a hotel being forced to split up my family into 2 rooms. Definitely recommend 👍

Nice place with some issues

Obviously it was recently renovated and very nicely. However, tv remotes did not operate volume on either tv. Kitchen was not stocked well with enough serving dishes or cooking items. Island chairs were pretty flimsy. Futon in the family room is uncomfortable (plenty of room for sofa and loveseat). Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and very big but with cheap accessories.
